L0ng Hair D0nt Care..AGAIN!

I guess Ciara was tired of the short hair style...so she's back to the long lucious waves! lol Ci-Ci was spotted the other day leaving Nobu . I like her with long hair anyway. The short doe was cute, but it wasnt really her to me. Wat do you guys think.??
